At Optimal Health Osteopathy Clinic, your health is at the centre of everything we do. We aim to deliver a holistic approach to care, looking at the whole body to assess the root cause of your discomfort, not isolating treatment to the symptoms. Treatment plans are individual to each patient and their lifestyle which help to support and enhance your body's natural ability to heal.

Head Osteopath
Hi, I am Harry. I'm the owner and founder of Optimal Health Osteopathy Clinic which has been running since 2023. I gained my Masters of Osteopathy after 4 years of full time study at the University college of Osteopathy in 2022. Prior to Osteopathy I held several roles over the course of the last decade in fitness and healthcare including personal trainer which I qualified as in 2017. I have experience since then of providing personalised health and fitness plans to help each patient achieve their given goals, ranging from pain relief to improving sporting performance.
I am passionate about getting people moving better and back to doing what they love. This differs by patient as each requires a personalised approach, from conditioning or mobility exercises to improve movement patterns, relieving tension in muscles or tendons with acupuncture and massage or creating movement in joints with joint manipulation.
Away from clinic you will more than likely find me in the gym, training to be as strong and adaptable as possible, or with my family. My goal is to be strong enough so life aches and pains don't stop me doing what I love, which is what I aim to provide patients with too.

At Optimal Health Osteopathy clinic, we pride ourselves on delivering individualised osteopathic treatments that rely on careful case history taking and thorough physical assessment. Every presentation is unique which is why we take time to listen and understand that individuals needs when considering a plan to manage them. This careful and detailed approach allows us to uncover the root cause of the discomfort not merely treat the part that hurts. When designing a management plan the focus is always to reduce the discomfort quickly then build function and range of motion so the issue does not continue to impact your life. The goal is always to help each patient to move better and live better.
Why choose us to help?
We believe that there is always a way to improve pain and restore movement—it’s simply about understanding what works best for you. By taking the time to listen and assess your unique situation, we can develop a personalised treatment strategy that empowers you to take control of your health.
